The 38th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group (CETC) is one of China’s main developers of radar and electronic systems. Founded in Guizhou in 1965, it moved to Hefei at the end of 1988 and now has more than 3,000 employees. Together with three other institutes it forms CETC Bowei, whose listed platform is Sun Create Electronics. Its radars feature at the World Radar Expo in Hefei.
