Zhongke Leinao, a USTC spin-off founded in 2017, is the commercial arm of China’s National Engineering Laboratory for Brain-inspired Intelligence Technology and Application. It develops energy-sector AI models, compute scheduling across Chinese and Nvidia chips, and integrated computing and power infrastructure. Its inspection technology runs in over 120 substations. Based in the Hefei High-tech Zone, it raised a B+ round led by CRRC Capital in 2026.
